BAEE (Buenos Aires Expat Entrepreneurs)

The idea behind Buenos Aires Expat Entrepreneurs (BAEE) is to form and consolidate a support group of fellow Expat entrepreneurs who can help each other with advice, networking, a dose of business acumen and maybe even some business as we all enjoy the adventures associated with successfully starting and running a business here in Buenos Aires.

BAEE seeks to consolidate a dynamic flow of useful information, strategies and tips in order to face the ever-changing difficulties of running thriving businesses and successful projects in Buenos Aires. Fresh ideas are always welcome and we often invite guest speakers to come touch on topics of interest to all businesses: legal advice, accountancy, marketing for PyMEs or anything else that could be relevant. Working together like this and sharing ideas is a great way to help businesses boom.

There will be several ground rules as follows:

    * To participate you must own (or manage) a going concern (profit or non-profit) that you are running and/or operating, at least in large part, from here in Buenos Aires
    * You must be interested in actively participating in our meetings by respectfully listening and offering advice when possible
    * You must be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement regarding all the information and conversations shared at our meetings.
    * BAEE is a members-only group and you must be approved prior to participation. If you are interested in joining, please email BAEE@expat-connection.com with a request that includes a brief description on your background, business here in BA and what you expect to gain and give back to the group.

As a support grou
p for entrepreneurs, BAEE is as good and useful as the advice and support of its members, so please come ready to share information on how to overcome challenges that you've faced. It could be something as mundane as how to incorporate my business here or how do to open a bank account without a DNI to something more complex like retention strategies when dealing with front-line Argentine employees.
