My husband and I are returning to the States, and our house in Olivos is for sale.  The downstairs was remodeled only four months ago with a living room, two bedrooms, a new kitchen and a new bath and a half.  The upstairs, with a separate entrance from the garden or the street, was built to be a recording studio but left unfinished as a loft.  It can be converted into an artist’s dream space, or you can develop it and sell it off for profit.
