What: Vinyasa Power Yoga is a great workout that builds strength and endurance by linking one breath to each pose. They key is to control your breathing as you flow through a series of postures. What's more, yoga improves circulation and digestion, benefits the nervous system and provides a physical and mental calm that surely we all need in our hectic urban lives.
Who: Classmates= you and all your friends and family who are looking for a great workout and a peaceful space to escape from daily stresses. Everyone is welcome from first-timers to yoga experts. Instructor=me! Caroline McCann, AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Power Yoga fanatic.
