Walking distance from Florida St., from the Irish Pubs in Retiro, from Galerias Pacifico Shopping Mall, from Puerto Madero and from the Retiro Bus and Train Stations. It´s also walking distance from the Metro (line C, San Martin Station), the train and many bus line stops.
It´s very close to the Obelisco (9 de Julio Ave. and Corrientes Ave.), to the Patio Bullrich Shopping Mall and even to San Telmo and Recoleta (neighbourhoods).

About the apartment:
It´s a big studio (30 m2), with a small but fully equipped kitchen (microwaves, pans, knives, coffee maker, etc), a table with 4 chairs, dishes and cutlery for four persons. It has a private full bathroom (with bidet and a tub). It can house 2 persons (it has either one double bed, or two singles, depending on your preference). It has a big closet. It´s equipped with linen and towels. There´s cable tv, a hair drier, phone and answering machine, stereo, A/C, fridge and central hot water and heat. There´s plenty of light.

If you want, you can have a cleaning lady for $15 (pesos) an hour and laundry is also $15 (pesos) (both optional).
