By FAR the most helpful agency. Ask for Mark Schiering. Once I gave him my requirements for a place, he went all out to find it. He knows the city well and was able to find several apartments that I loved. He speaks excellent English (he's from Holland) and Spanish. He negotiated on my behalf for the best price. He was willing to show me apartments on the weekends, as I am just to busy with work during the week. Many agencies will not even answer the phone on the weekends - let alone schedule appointments.

I am not usually a person who 'advertises' on behalf of commercial agencies -- but having spent nearly 1 month looking for a place that I could live in for a year -- I could not pass up the chance to share with fellow ex-pats.
