My name is Bryce Levy. I am a native New Yorker who has been in Buenos Aires for the last 15 months. I am a lifetime athlete who was a two time All-American lacrosse player at the University of South Florida. I have been training people for the past four years and since I have been here in Buenos Aires. I currently run private personal training as well as group training (San Telmo Mondays/Wed/Fridays 930am).

I have been getting some responses about a fitness group wanting to get started in the Palermo/Recoletta area so figured I would post on a few expat sites to help offer other ways to burn off some of that delicious wine and meat while having fun working out and meeting new people.

WHAT TO EXPECT!!
I run a fast paced and intense workout. I guarantee there is no better 30-45 minute workout in the city (walk in and out in about 1 hour).
I run circuit training. Multiple stations of different exercise/ tools lasting between 3-5 min with short breaks in between.
Example stations, BOXING,KETTLE BELLS, a BANDsystem I use, AB/YOGA mats, AGILITY LADDER, MEDICINE BALLS, etc.
Expect to work HARD and get results.
The always changing high energy circuit keeps you pushing yourself without the boring drawn out exercises.
Expect a quicker and MORE EFFICIENT workout/ less talk more sweat!

Group rates begin at $50 pesos per session, but as the groups grow, price can reflect.
